After decades working in finance, bookkeeping, and business management, our Founder & CEO, Deb Thomas, saw the same problem over and over again. Businesses were relying on spreadsheets, calendar reminders, emails, and scattered systems to manage important renewals, subscriptions, licences, and contracts. Things were being missed, money was being wasted, and teams were spending unnecessary time trying to stay organised.
Deb knew there had to be a better way.

With more than 35 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Business Manager, Bookkeeper, and certified BAS Agent, Deb had worked closely with businesses of all sizes and understood the day-to-day pressures faced by owners, finance teams, and bookkeepers.
